Book Description

Meet Fred.

In his powerful new book THE FRED FACTOR, motivational speaker Mark Sanborn recounts the true story of Fred, the mail carrier who passionately loves his job and who genuinely cares about the people he serves. Because of that, he is constantly going the extra mile handling the mail – and sometimes watching over the houses – of the people on his route, treating everyone he meets as a friend. Where others might see delivering mail as monotonous drudgery, Fred sees an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those he serves.

We’ve all encountered people like Fred in our lives. In THE FRED FACTOR, Mark Sanborn illuminates the simple steps each of us can take to transform our own lives from the ordinary – into the extraordinary. Sanborn, through stories about Fred and others like him, reveals the four basic principles that will help us bring fresh energy and creativity to our life and work: how to make a real difference everyday, how to become more successful by building strong relationships, how to create real value for others without spending a penny, and how to constantly reinvent yourself.

By following these principles, and by learning from and teaching other “Freds,” you, too, can excel in your career and make your life extraodinary. As Mark Sanborn makes clear, each of us has the potential be a Fred.THE FRED FACTOR shows you how.

5 out of 5 stars Let's be more like Fred.......2007-09-14

The Fred Factor
The Fred Factor is a rather small book that gives the details on how someone can, by its own motivation, get the extraordinary out of something rather common. The book gives an explanation of how the behaviour of someone can change when and if they commit to it. Some of the topics in the book are rather obious, but re-reading them every once and a while makes one reflect again on how we sometimes can go the extra mile and make a huge different.

We all have values. This book is about making sure that we don't forget about these values when we are doing our job. Let's all care and have a little Fred in us..

This book is worth the reading.

Buying new from Amazon is almost always the best way to go. As a school secretary having them delivered to our door is always a plus. You are quick and accurate. As a college student I like to buy used and you take your chances doing this. BUT if you review who you are buying from FIRST you should have no problems. I have greatly appreciated the deals that I have gotten thru Amazon.

5 out of 5 stars Choosing to Make a Difference is Leadership.......2007-08-28

Every day, in every individual interaction, we have a choice; a choice to make the interaction transactional or relational. That choice will make all the difference in the world to the quality of our lives.

In "The Fred Factor", motivational speaker Mark Sanborn tells the very real story of his postal delivery person, Fred - and how he gave definition to his job as a `service provider' by making mail delivery a relational interaction. Sanborn says that Fred exemplified 4 principles: Everyone Makes a Difference; Success is Built on Relationships; You Must Continually Create Value for Others and It Doesn't Have to Cost a Penny; You Can Reinvent Yourself Regularly. All very real and very useful principles, but perhaps the most valuable principle in this story and the other examples in the book is the principle of choice: Everyone has the choice to be a Leader, by making a difference in the lives of others. This book is highly recommended as a gift for those who say, "Why bother?"

This is a pass it forward book. I am a Fred and I have helped others find the Fred in them. I really enjoyed this book and recommend it for everyone who is tired of seeing grumps in the office or in their home and wants to make a change. One person can make a difference if that peoson is a Fred.

I own a small business with 20 employees and this book was recommended for "homeplay" for our new staff. I loved this book not only for the inspiration it gave me in the workplace, but the inspiration it also gave me when I am not at work. It is amazing, the small things we can do that have such an impact on others (and also ourselves). I look forward to the presentations our new staff will give me and the management team on this book. Great read!

In five easy steps, Vitale shows anyone how to become happier and more successful by doing a few simple things differently every day. Part wealth-creation guide, part spiritual road map, part autobiography, The Attractor Factor offers inspiring, effective answers for anyone who wants to feel better, be happier, get wealthier, and get ahead in life.

5 out of 5 stars So good, I had to buy one for my sister before I was done with mine.......2007-05-30

I came upon this book by accident. I was walking by a store and found it in a box of bargains. I decided to buy it to help my step children heal and grow. Since I planned on having kids read it, I decided that I should read it first. Within the first 20 pages I finally learned that I deserved time to myself. I was raised in a very structured (dysfunctional) family. Everything was about doing for others and not wanting for yourself. I was not to ever have any time to relax and feel peace. If my mother found me doing something for me, then she would let me know that I should feel guilty for doing anything that was not for someone else's benefit. Anyways, I started this book, and for the first time in my entire life (I am 39 mind you.) I gave myself the permission to just do what I wanted to do and not have to do anything. I found that I can have a relaxing day and still mindfully care for my kids. Just because you have kids and I have five (ages 3 to 15), there is no reason that you have to feel burdened by the day and everything that you have to get done. You can give yourself the permission to burn a candle and enjoy the light. To read a book, while your children play outside.
I sent this book to my sister who is married to a man who is quite hard to live with. She has finally decided that she has the right to not be controlled by someone else which unfortunately means that she has to go through a divorce, but joyfully this opens her up for the chance to know real happiness. Since we were raised in the same dysfunational environment, I thought that she needs this book as soon as possible so I bought it for her before I was done. She read over half the book in a couple of days, and then it took her a little longer to read the section on fear. She has shared many parts of this book with her 11 yr. old daughter. I openly recommend this book for anyone who is willing to move beyond the pain, the sadness, the fear and learn to truly believe your own self worth.

5 out of 5 stars Ask and it is given.......2006-12-23

It is amazing how Jack presents this subject and touches your heart. The things he mention about asking are really there for each one of us.

Jack explained the limiting factors inside each one of us that stop the whole process of asking.

By just reading this book, you will achieve many things you were putting on hold for years and years in some cases.

Buy this book now, and have a new life!!!

A MUST READ BOOK!

4 out of 5 stars The Aladdin factor.......2005-08-18

A pretty good book. I expected a "how-to" book, but was pleasantly surprised. The book is mostly anecdotes but really helps you focus, and lets you apply the "lessons learned" yourself. A very enjoyable read.

5 out of 5 stars The Aladdin Factor.......2004-12-05

Bottom line is ASK, ASK, ASK for what you want. It's amazing how many people are afraid to ask for what they want or don't even think of it!

This is a fantastic book for learning the techniques for asking for what you want and stories of those who've succeeded by asking.

This is a power-packed book that's worth a number of reads. After I read this book the first time through, many new doors opened up for me due to my simply asking!

Book Description

No more punch lines that just slipped away. No more names on the tip of your tongue. No more senior moments! Drawing on cutting-edge neurological research, how to keep your brain alive: 83 neurobic exercises brings help to everyone whose memory is starting to slip. Devised by Dr. Lawrence Katz, a professor of neurobiology at Duke University Medical Center, and Manning Rubin, author of 60 Ways to Relieve Stress in 60 Seconds, here is a regimen of mental cross-training that can be done anywhere, by anyone, at any time of day. The premise is simple: When you exercise the brain, you release natural growth factors called neurotrophins, which in turn enhance the brain's level of fitness. And nothing so easily stimulates the brain as breaking routines and using the five senses in new and unexpected ways. So if you're right-handed, wake up tomorrow and brush your teeth with your left hand. Or close your eyes before you get into the car and then get the key into the ignition. Every time you open a new circuit in your brain, it's like doing a round of mental sit-ups, without the pain.

"Keep Your Brain Alive" offers some fairly standard advice on how to keep the mind agile as one ages. You've heard it before--be social, learn new things and new ways of doing routine tasks, use all the senses. The unique aspect of this particular book is the suggested exercises, but here the author veers away from the practical a little too strongly for my taste. He's big on exercising the sense of smell, and recommends driving around with a bunch of bottles with fragrance soaked pieces of sponge. Then uncork a particular one when you pass a specific place to fix it more firmly in your mind. I think if I did this my husband would begin having serious doubts about my state of mind--with good reason! I thought some suggestions could be dangerous, such as wandering around your home with lights off to activate the other senses--not a good idea for an older person, just as "uncork bottle while driving" is not a good idea. The scientific explanations are excellent--very clear and easy to understand--but I'd take the exercises with a big grain of salt!

2 out of 5 stars Rip.......2007-02-14

I'm very disappointed with this book. It's based on fundamentally solid brain science and offers the following to strengthen your brain (i.e. build and activate new neural connections): "1. Involve one or more of your senses in a novel (new) context, 2. Break a routine activity in an unexpected, nontrivial way."

Basically, by breaking the routine and forcing yourself to learn new things or different ways of doing old things, new connections will develop within your brain and create thought processing and longevity benefits. If you're right-handed, start forcing yourself to use your left hand (I was taught this aspect almost 30 years ago). Take different routes to work. Start using other senses to take in data. You see a widget. You normally recognize it as such and move on. Here, it is suggested to pick it up, feel it, examine it, smell it, listen to it and more connections will develop. Go out and socialize. Nothing challenges the mind more than interacting with new people.

O.K. This is all good, valuable information. But the proceeding paragraph pretty much sums it up. The other 100 or so pages in this book are fluff, with examples of achieving novelty. This is appropriate for a magazine article, not a nine dollar book. In fact, it seems suspiciously similar to a recent Time article on brain science. Wow, this was churned out fast.

5 out of 5 stars L-Factor is the key element of Biz Success.......2007-09-28

The L-Factor of what Tim calls "Likeability" is the key element of success in business or personal relationships. As a therapist and business consultant for 25 years I believe that this approach will guide you toward a more fun and fulfilling way of life. I can't say enough good about the power of this resource as Tim coaches you toward a strategic approach that will sharpen your ability to instantly connect with others to achieve greater results. This is must reading if you are struggling in your career, and essential reading if you are just getting started because once you know how to use the secrets of the "L-Factor" you will avoid problems to rapidly reach your potential. Pick it up and read it twice!

5 out of 5 stars Who Doesn't Like Likeability?.......2007-07-23

Tim Sanders does a great job with his book "The Likeability Factor" in showing business executives that their personality, and how others see them, really will make a difference in the bottom line. Being liked leads to opportunities, and Sander's uses his personal experiences (I have met him, he is very likeable), research and his easy writing style to educate the reader on how to improve their "L-Factor"

We all have limited time, but this book is worth the time investment to read it, take notes, do the exercises, and incorporate the wisdom into our daily lives.

5 out of 5 stars is it too late for hillary to read.......2007-06-27

If only Hillary did not scare so many people. This is the book that anyone should read to make themselves more in touch with their village.

5 out of 5 stars Made me a better person.......2007-05-20

The first thing to note here is this is a short book. Only 224 pages, including the table of contents, introductions, etc. The first 131 pages are basically an infomercial for the book, telling you why it was such a good idea to purchase it. Nothing really helpful or exciting, it talks about why it is important for people to like you. Obviously you realize how important it is to be liked, otherwise you would not even be looking at this book.

On page 132 things get interesting. Tim Sanders does not let you sit back and be passive. There is a little writing and a lot of thinking involved with the self-exploration exercises Tim gives you. You are required to look inward to see what about you is already likable, and what needs improvement.

The best advice I got from this book is to "observe no unfriendliness." If you are able to visualize yourself as a friendly person, you will become friendlier, and thereby you will become more likable. There is plenty of advice like this to help you become a better person. I know, because it worked for me.

2 out of 5 stars Are likeable people also prone to filling entire books with their ramblings?.......2007-05-20

Okay, I get it. Likeable people are happier, more successful, have better sex lives, more face time with their doctors, long marriages, bulletproof job security, and longer lives.

Do I need to read a whole book supporting this controversial theory with hundreds of anecdotes and statistics?

If you woke up this morning and asked yourself: "Should I be disagreeable today? I really feel like screaming at everyone. But I'm not sure if it's a good idea," then this book would be a great antidote. Church might also do the trick, if that's what you're into.

For the rest of us, I'm not sure this is anything more than a pleasant distraction from a long car or airplane ride. And I'm not sure I should be reading this book in that case. Wouldn't it be better to have a conversation, so as to increase my likeability? Do people really like people who read books?

Bottom line: this book is a bloated ramble. It feels like he created it for the purpose of handing it out to business associates to show them how cutting edge he is. Likeability Factor! A New Buzzword! Don't waste your time. Read some thing else or go meet a friend for coffee. Yahoo!

4 out of 5 stars This book is pretty short, but good.......2007-01-22

This is a very short book: something like 113 pages with not a lot of page surface for words. It's one of those books that should really have been longer (to get your money's worth) but couldn't really be without distorting the clarity of the message.

It is a quick and enjoyable read, and it has a lot of real life examples and ideas. Most of it is commonsense, but that doesn't mean it isn't useful. It is all about the excellent service that a mail carrier provides over his career, and why he chooses to go "above and beyond" all the time with his dedication.

It reminds me a lot of another book called "Fish! A Remarkable Way to Boost Morale and Improve Results". We read both books for our workplace book-club and enjoyed both. Both were written by motivational speakers, and both try to work their way into a whole teaching program with awards and special terms and the like. Personally, I don't care for this type of commercialization, and I'm not about to go out calling people "Freds" or hand out "Fred" pins, but I darn well am going to look at the message of the book seriously and take it to heart.

I recommend this as a book that will appeal to a lot of people because it is not intimidating (especially to non-readers) and because it is written in an easy conversational style. (I think it is a good book for reading clubs.)

And finally, as one of my favorite lines in the book said (spoken by Abraham Lincoln) "Whatever you are, be a good one."

Lamm (The Virility Solution, Thinner at Last), a practicing internist and expert on male sexual health, insists there is a direct link between the quality of a man's overall health and the quality of his erections. Just as physicians can measure a patient's blood pressure and percentage of body fat, Lamm claims he can measure the strength of a man's erections (The Hardness Factor) using a new computerized device invented by a Spanish urologist. He is, therefore, not just interested in whether or not a guy can get hard during sex, but how hard. No wonder he's such a popular guest on women's talk shows like Oprah and The View. It is this ability to measure hardness that allows Lamm to argue it can be improved in six weeks. The program outlined in the book is heavily focused on diet and exercise with the use of a few key supplements (Pycnogenol, L-Arginine, omega-3 fatty acids, Niacin, Vitamins C and E, and Horny Goat Weed). While there is a place for prescription drugs like Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis, Lamm believes these should generally be reserved for those with more serious health problems limiting their ability to achieve erections, such as diabetes, heart disease, and the aftermath of prostate cancer surgery. Most men he treats don't need them. And one upside to this often-embarrassing issue is that by getting healthier in order to get harder, men can avoid the underlying illnesses that would require the use of such drugs in the future.--Patrick Jennings

Book Description

A groundbreaking comprehensive guide to male health and sexuality.

Sexual fitness goes hand in hand with overall health: Good sex means a man is most probably in good condition. The Hardness Factor is a comprehensive guide to sexual fitness for men, pointing the way to an enhanced self image, better sex, and improved health, and detailing how to increase sex drive and develop a measurably harder erection in just four days. The advent of Viagra is a sign that we are entering a new era of male sexual health, in which erectile problems are glitches to be overcome, not sources of shame and anxiety. This is the first major trade book to identify and describe how to achieve and preserve optimal hardness–and to show why the actual degree of hardness is the all–important barometer of a man's health.

Drawing on the cutting–edge research that he has carried out over the past several years clinician and researcher Dr. Steven Lamm explains his revolutionary approach to achieving and maintaining maximal male sexual performance, with easy–to–follow suggestions that translate to not only better sex, but greater emotional intimacy and a longer and more fulfilling life. Dr. Lamm gives men all the tools and information they need to take control of their bodies, including health quizzes and a simple at–home test to assess one's hardness. He also offers dramatic firsthand before–and–after case histories of patients and up–to–the minute information on the best natural erection–promoting supplements and prescription medications. The Hardness Factor shows just how easy it can be for men to take charge of their health and sex lives.

5 out of 5 stars Worth a Read.......2006-05-23

When I first encountered this book, and read the summary/reviews on Amazon, I dismissed it as another wacky 'erection' book. Later on, after reading a few pages in a local bookstore, I bought a copy. I've now completely changed my mind. It's worth reading. Even if you don't follow his exact plan line by line, you'll have to do some variant of every step of his plan to restore your erection to its best- so read it, for a template plan, if nothing else.

In the capable hands of psychologists Karen Reivich and Andrew Shatté, resilience is not a Band-Aid or a buzzword. It is a habit of mind. The Resilience Factor is a practical roadmap for navigating unexpected challenges, surprises, and setbacks at work and home. Their premise--that your thinking style determines your resilience--underlies the books promise: you can boost resilience by changing the way you think about adversity.

The authors synthesize decades of research in cognitive psychology, particularly the work of Aaron Beck and Martin Seligman, to create seven practical strategies for bouncing back. Each strategy demonstrates how "thinking styles" affect emotions and behavior. "The secret is accurate thinking, not positive thinking," they explain. After completing a "Resilience Questionnaire," readers learn to turn off negative thoughts, avoid thinking traps, detect "icebergs"--the basic beliefs that cause us to overreact--and restore perspective. Each strategy is illustrated with vivid examples, including acting-out teenagers, battle-torn marriages, downsized workplaces, and the loss of loved ones. This insightful book offers clear descriptions of resilient thinking and workable tools for changing our minds. --Barbara Mackoff

Book Description

Resilience is a crucial ingredient–perhaps the crucial ingredient–to a happy, healthy life. More than anything else, it's what determines how high we rise above what threatens to wear us down, from battling an illness, to bolstering a marriage, to carrying on after a national crisis. Everyone needs resilience, and now two expert psychologists share seven proven techniques for enhancing our capacity to weather even the cruelest setbacks.

The science in The Resilience Factor takes an extraordinary leap from the research introduced in the bestselling Learned Optimism a decade ago. Just as hundreds of thousands of people were transformed by "flexible optimism," readers of this book will flourish, thanks to their enhanced ability to overcome obstacles of any kind. Karen Reivich and Andrew Shatté are seasoned resilience coaches and, through practical methods and vivid anecdotes, they prove that resilience is not just an ability that we're born with and need to survive, but a skill that anyone can learn and improve in order to thrive.

Readers will first complete the Resilience Questionnaire to determine their own innate levels of resilience. Then, the system at the heart of The Resilience Factor will teach them to:

• Cast off harsh self-criticisms and negative self-images
• Navigate through the fallout of any kind of crisis
• Cope with grief and anxiety
• Overcome obstacles in relationships, parenting, or on the job
• Achieve greater physical health
• Bolster optimism, take chances, and embrace life

In light of the unprecedented challenges we've recently faced, there’s never been a greater need to boost our resilience. Without resorting to feel-good pap or quick-fix clichés, The Resilience Factor is self-help at its best, destined to become a classic in the genre.

5 out of 5 stars Exactly right.......2007-03-24

All self-help has the same message -- you can only make positive choices in your life if you can figure out what choices you are making without any thought and then changing course by adding understanding. Most processes expect you to figure out why you do what you do by yourself and then layer their method on top to solve your issues. This process has so many different ways to explore your old habits that you can not help but change and make better choices. My only caveat is that you read this book over a long period of time; perhaps one chapter a week to truly process all of the information.I also suggest reading that chapter before bed and letting your subconscious mull over its lessons overniight. Excellent!

5 out of 5 stars Extremely insightful book.......2007-03-10

Here you will learn (among other things) the ABC method of raising your optimism (closely aligned with resiliency) which has the potential of curing what many people call "depression". This book is so important, that I selected it from among hundreds to use in a teleclass I am teaching to other coaches in the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan about Positive Psychology and Strengths-Based Organizations.

The book discusses the Resilience Factor index, a free online assessment that assesses your resilience along several factors. A very worthwhile book, to study as well as to simply read.

5 out of 5 stars Extremely Practical Positive Psychology.......2007-03-09

This book does an excellent job of helping people to understand their thought processes, recognize when negative thought processes occur, and the tools to overcome these negative thoughts. The author describes how positive psychology helps individuals develop greater reserves of resilience to deal with life's inevitable obstacles. Reivich further provides wonderful advice on recognizing our core beliefs and how they often dictate our reactions in a variety of circumstances. Finally, I found the author's explanation of "catastophizing" and how to avoid it particularly helpful. This concept involves when we have an event occur, and we then start to develop stories in our minds of all of the horrible consequences that might happen as a result. We snowball the one event into dramatical, horrible consequences. Reivich explains how to avoid this from happening and regain control of our mental processes so that we may think clearly and find solutions. Very helpful and insightful book!

5 out of 5 stars Amazing and Encouraging.......2006-11-29

Since I bought this book two weeks ago I have already referred back to it numerous times, and I also bought it for a few friends! The steps help me to be better at acknowledging problems and learning how to fix them. Well written and very encouraging.

5 out of 5 stars insughtful, motivating and true.......2006-11-03

It is important to have hope and create hope in others and I feel Karen Reivich accomplished this in her book. It defines and clarafies an attitude and an ability that can help many find a way out of depression, a "funk" or "the blues". I have recommended it to many of my patients. Book Description

Is luck just fate, or can you change it?

A groundbreaking new scientific study of the phenomenon of luck—and the ways we can bring good luck into our lives. What is luck? A psychic gift or a question of intelligence? And what is it that lucky people have that unlucky people lack? Psychologist Dr. Richard Wiseman put luck under a scientific microscope for the very first time, examining the different ways in which lucky and unlucky people think and behave. After three years of intensive interviews and experiments with over 400 volunteers, Wiseman arrived at an astonishing conclusion: Luck is something that can be learned. It is available to anyone willing to pay attention to the Four Essential Principles:

. Creating Chance Opportunities
. Thinking Lucky
. Feeling Lucky
. Denying Fate

Readers can determine their capacity for luck as well as learn to change their luck through helpful exercises that appear throughout the book. Illustrated with anecdotes from the lives of the famous such as Harry Truman and Warren Buffett, The Luck Factor also richly portrays the lives of ordinary people who have been extraordinarily lucky or unlucky. Finally Dr. Wiseman gives us a look into "The Luck School" where he instructs unlucky people and also teaches lucky people how to further enhance their luck.

Smart, enlightening, fun to read, and easy to follow, The Luck Factor will give you revolutionary insight into the lucky mind and could, quite simply, change your life.

4 out of 5 stars Science Lite, or the future of self-help books?.......2007-08-26

I bought this book because I heard an interview with Dr. Wiseman on my local National Public Radio station, and I was fascinated with just the idea that luck can be looked at in a scientific study. And he came across as clever, articulate and funny. So, what's not to like, right?

Overall, it's a decent book and a quick read. Although it is written colloquially with a self-help focus, he does seem to have done real scientific studies. I was left with a few nagging doubts, however, about how statistically significant really were the differences between those self-defined as lucky and unlucky. And, in one of the early examples he gave contrasting the behavior of a lucky man and an unlucky woman, I wondered if he could account for possible confounding factors that also could explain some behavior differences (like gender).

On the plus side, I was reminded of studies done a few decades ago by Pauline Bart (See Stopping Rape: Successful Survival Strategies (Athene Series)). One of her findings was that women who successfully fought off potential rapists tended to have very proactive, problem-solving attitudes. Likewise, Wiseman found that self-described lucky folks had that same approach to solving their problems. As a self-defense instructor, I would likely consider recommending some of Wiseman's exercises for some of my students to help themselves change their attitude about "luck."

3 out of 5 stars Acceptable for leisure reading on psychology, but definitely not to be treated as a work of serious science.......2007-06-11

If you want to read a book that would increase your luck in casinos or lotteries, please give this one a pass. However, if you want some reinforcements for your positive thinking and doing, it's readable. Personally I agree with the power of positive thinking and doing. My reservation about this book, as you can sense it, primarily comes from the illogical and unscientific research methodology the author adopted to prove the luck principles he himself brought forward, not to mention that the principles in themselves are quite broken and ill defined. In short, acceptable for leisure reading on psychology, but definitely not to be treated as a work of serious science.

2 out of 5 stars Fortune cookie philosophy.......2007-06-01

Though based on academic research, this book has the kind of self-help pop psych style that I personally find extremely annoying. It compares people who self-describe as lucky or unlucky, and shows this is associated with a range of other aspects of positive or negative attitudes to life. Well duh. Their concluding principles? Maximize chance opportunities, listen to your intuition, expect good fortune, see the positive side of misfortune. Is this an improvement over fortune cookie philosophy?

5 out of 5 stars The ONLY book about LUCK you will ever need to read!.......2006-12-27

I always thought that I was "unlucky". So after I saw this TV show featuring Dr. Richard Wiseman (the author), I bought his book. Normally I'm a skeptic, but after reading his book, I really believe his principles are true, and that if I follow the advice in his book, I can become a "lucky" person!

He doesn't just give his opinions about the topic of luck. He actually performed numerous SCIENTIFIC experiments to test lucky and unlucky people. So the book is based on science, not superstition.

After reading this book, I will never buy another book about luck -- I don't need to! This is the one and only book I will ever need to be a "lucky" person!

5 out of 5 stars There's more to Luck than just luck!.......2006-06-28

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I'd never really thought about luck before, but upon meditating on the principles in the book, I realized that there is more to luck than just chance. It's an asset that you can acquire and Richard Wiseman tells you how to acquire it! Don't just read it - when you're finished, enroll in "Luck School" and watch your life change! I'm astounded at all the things that are happening in only four days of "school"! It isn't just my outer world that is changing but my response to events as well - my awareness of these principles is changing me! It is all explained in this generous gift of a book - buy it quick!
