Zero Limits can only be described as life altering. The pure and simple practices of the Hawaiian healing method detailed in the book can literally change the world as we know it.

5 out of 5 stars Rev Theresa Claytor, GCFP, CLL.......2007-10-04

This book is so simple that it is hard to fathom. I have been using this ancient Hawaiian healing system and it has been working for me. In order to let go of hoping I can forgive somebody else for a perceived wrong, I just ask to be forgiven. I now know that everything exists within me and not out there. So the way out of a problem is to go within. Thanks I needed that.

Nothing but sales pitch for his other books, his seminar, and he says nothing about real Ho'O Ponopono.
And I am disgusetd by his published claim that he is "The Jesus of Business".

5 out of 5 stars Another excellent one!!!!!!!.......2007-09-30

This is the second book by Joe Vitale that I have finished in record time! He has me hook, line and sinker.
I thought "The Attractor Factor" was great, but this one makes me even more of a true fan of his work.
ANYONE who buys "Zero Limits" will greatly benefit from the information it contains. As far as I am concerned, there is NO OTHER self improvement bok or guru on the market. Joe Vitale's works blow them ALL out of the water.
I can't wait for "The Key" in a few weeks!

    P.T. Deutermann's latest is a topnotch topical thriller bursting with the expected expertise and insider knowledge he picked up as a Navy captain and arms control specialist. It's also something else: an unexpectedly resonant portrait of people, good and bad, who have been chewed up and spit out by military bureaucracies. Both the hero (an unlucky military investigator named David Stafford, whose career has been short-circuited by whistle-blowing and whose personal life is a disaster area) and the heavy (a career Army bean counter and petty thief, Wendell Carson, who suddenly gets the chance to move up and almost blows it at every occasion) are carefully drawn and fully credible. So are the underlings, officers and FBI agents who thread through their lives. This becomes especially important when Stafford--trying to track down a container of deadly biological nerve gas that Carson has stolen from an Army base in Georgia--crosses paths with a young girl who seems to have psychic powers. In less skilled hands, this kind of rogue element could send a vehicle skittering. But Deutermann quickly gives the girl and her keepers (a mysteriously intriguing woman teacher, a protective small-town policeman) such a strong presence that they become vital to the story's exciting and moving conclusion. Other of his excellent thrillers available in paperback include The Edge of Honor, Official Privilege, Scorpion in the Sea, and Sweepers. --Dick Adler

    Book Description

    They call it "Wet Eye": a biological weapon that literally eats out the eyes of its victims. Now, deep within the belly of the U.S. military establishment, one small silver canister of Wet Eye is missing-lost because a career pencil-pusher has cut a million-dollar deal and signed it in blood.For David Stafford, a Defense Department investigator, finding the missing canister means ripping through layers of cover-ups, bureaucracy, and one man's murderous determination to sell Wet Eye to an international arms dealer. But the military would rather silence Stafford than admit to a security breach. And now, the only person who can stop a biological conflagration is an innocent child-who has looked into the face of evil, and seen it with her own two eyes....

    David Stafford is a disgraced government bureaucrat, recently consigned to Siberia (Atlanta). Wendell Carson is a government bureacrat in good standing, but definitely on the take. His latest scheme involves a cylinder of the deadly "Wet Eye"--weapon of mass destruction beyond your wildest dreams--which he has acquired and is somehow planning to sell. The girl in the airport is mute but communicates in sign language and--get this--she is psychic, especially around bad guys. Throw these characters together and you have the makings of Zero Option, an improbable but gripping thriller.

    So, will Carson really sell the cylinder for 1 million dollars? Will Stafford rehabilitate himself? Will the government do what is right or just try to cover up the loss of the cylinder? What do you think? Is this America? But, you will just have to read the book to find out for sure.

    Is it perfect? Not quite. There are a few too many characters, especially in the beginning, and a few too many acronyms for government agencies and programs. Does it matter? No. Start reading and you quickly figure things out. This is a book that, as they say, you can't put down. Author Deutermann knows how to hold your attention, and he has worked with these guys, so he knows what he's talking about. Recommendation: get the book and start reading. Reviewed by Louis N. Very descriptive of the Monster and its workings. Could have been a little overly stated. As the story progressed my interest perked and suddenly it turned into a full fledged rampant read.
    The chenical weapons of the world could reek more havoc than any army in history has. The sad fact is most countrys have a great array of these killers and the ability to produce many more. Let us hope that this fiction never turns into fact for the sake of humanity. The last fifty pages will surely give a cold feeling up your spine.

    This is my first P.T. Deutermann novel. It started out a little bit slow but was rich in background. By the time I reached the back cover I felt I knew my way around a DRMO. The story line is believable, current and frightening. By the end this book was moving like an inbound rocket. I definitely recommend it and will be looking for other Deutermann titles.

    Book Description

    Explains cold-current, free-energy devices with today's science. Using the 1920's inventions of T. Henry Moray as a starting point, the book explores a wide range of popular science and frontier physics. Free-energy technology could solve today's energy crisis and cold-current physics will soon make any other technology obsolete!

    5 out of 5 stars Brilliant.......2005-12-21

    Zero Point Energy is real. The mathematics of quantum mechanics not only suggests it, it demands it. Furthermore, experimental evidence such as the Casimir Effect, the Lamb Shift, and the observed fact that liquid helium at practical absolute zero still will not freeze, confirm its existence. Additionally, in the last 100 years several experimenters have apparently succeeded in building successful "free energy" devices that extract their energy from the zero point field.

    Moray B. King has written three books, including this one, that essentially explain in relatively easy to understand terms what ZPE is and how it might be harnessed. In this book, he brilliantly makes the connection that the half-dozen or so well-known "free energy" devices all worked on the same principle using a pulsed glow plasma to cohere to the zero point field.

    King also mentions the brutal and ruthless suppression of these devices by the "powers that be", although he doesn't understand the exact nature of this power; in this regard he is in the same boat as the experimenters who built the devices. They naively believed that they could patent their device and release the technology to the world. However, this power, which exists far above our governments, and who I sometimes refer to as the "forbidden technology police", has been highly effective at seizing patents on "national security" grounds, destroying the devices, ransacking laboratories, ruining finances, and threatening or even killing these experimenters.

    However, suppression of the truth can only occur temporarily, and when it finally comes out, it explodes in the faces of those who attempted to suppress it. The Internet will be the death knell for this control group. I encourage all qualified researchers to build these devices and share their exact plans to replicate them on the Internet, since they won't be given patents anyway. This will saturate our planet with the knowledge of these devices to the point that any further attempts at suppression will fail.

    4 out of 5 stars An education in New Energy Technologies.......2005-11-05

    This book not only brings the little-known and amazing discoveries and inventions of T. Henry Moray to the reader's attention, but introduces New Energy developments up to the present day. Dr. King also shows how the technologies behind Moray's inventions are resurfacing in the hands of contemporary scientists and validating Moray's findings. Dr. King also keeps our interest up by exploring the science behind the inventions, weaving the strands into a plausable theory of how all this untapped, "sea of energy" can be accessed for an almost cost and pollution free source of electricity and power so badly needed by the world. My only disappointment was that the book wasn't at least three times the length as there is so much of interest to anyone with a desire to know from where our future supply of energy and possibly the salvation of our planet may appear!

    2 out of 5 stars This is a slide presentation pretending it's a book.......2005-09-29

    I have never seen anything like this before. A slide presentation (with minimal notes) is all this is, folks. Very disappointing. I wouldn't have minded if there had been some useful information, but I imagine that King supplies the "missing meat" when he gives his slide presentation. As it stands, this book leaves me as in the dark as I began. I was hoping for some illumination (puns intended) on the workings of the energy machine. Perhaps the sparse notes included here are sufficient to an electrical engineer. To a mere lay person, the book is opaque. Too bad! I hate to write a negative review like this, since I really do support the man's work and this type of research. It's just unfortunate that this book does little to advance the cause of free energy research, in my opinion. I'm returning it.

    the notion of remembering back to when we were all dry inside and it was wet outside, before we turned ourselves inside out and carried the wet within us in a dry world is enough to recommend this book to any and all - the bit about how birds got in the world is icing on the cake.

    4 out of 5 stars Brilliantly imaginative, if somewhat tedious........2001-04-21

    To the people who hate this book, I grant you the freedom of your opinion, but I have to say, "You don't get it!" This isn't a narrative in the traditional sense of the word. Instead, Calvino has taken complex scientific principles and turned them into stories. Its true that there is a certain lack of character development, as the main character is a one-dimensional atomic particle (pun intended), but even so, Calvino makes him(it?) come alive in his tales. The true feature and attraction of these stories are the situation and worlds that Calvino creates. All that being said, I read this in the same day that I read Cosmicomics, which is a prior collections of similar stories featuring the same character (and, I think, a better book overall), and the artist's conceit wore a little thin. However, if you can give these books sufficient time and space(pun intended again), they are truly fun and beautiful.

    4 out of 5 stars I liked it but................1999-05-12

    Not surprisingly the two early reviews give it 1 and 5 respectively: a book about which it is impossible to be neutral. Confusing,dense, boring writing there is - but also some amazing mathematic/scietific concepts whch Calvino masterly spins into stories - the logic/illogic (which are probably simultaneously both the same and opposite) outcomes baffle and amaze. The final section was more rewarding (being more time-space maths based) - couldn't get a handle on the evolutionary/biological stuff. I also suspect I want to read more about the text and continually get beneath its skin. Will read bits again and again and again. (Not a tour de force of narrative analysis compared to "if on a winter's night..." and castle of crossed destinies)

      "Satisfy your customers instantly -- in Zero TimeTM

      In today's fast-paced business world, companies need to react instantaneously. Being a zero-time company involves more than compressing time -- it's about providing value for every customer at every opportunity. To achieve this, businesses must be willing to restructure and compress relationships. It's about taking advantage of all that our digital world has to offer -- without the Internet, you can't be in zero time, period. Zero TimeTM features insightful case studies from companies like Dell, GE, Intel, and CISCO, and identifies five key disciplines companies need to adopt in order to remain competitive.

      Customer Reviews:

      5 out of 5 stars Impressive Conceptual Meta-Model Built on Best Practices.......2000-09-27

      When the authors read The Discipline of Market Leaders, they must have immediately realized the potential of bringing the ideas of being an innovator, effective producer, and relationship manager together. This book fulfills that synthesis in a zero-time concept, of immediately providing value for stakeholders. In a December 1999 poll in Fast Company Magazine, 38 percent of respondents indicated that some aspect of their company already operated in a zero execution time mode.

      The book is built around five basic concepts for a targeted group of high profit margin customers:

      (1) Instant Value Alignment with customers (FedEx's commitment to on-time delivery and instant access to tracking information)

      (2) Instant Learning by employees and customers (Dell Computer's computer-based education at work cell assembly sites)

      (3) Instant Adaptation of the organization (G.E.'s focus on building a direction for the company around vision and trust)

      (4) Instant Execution of value for the customer (Progressive Insurance's accelerated claims processing methods)

      (5) Instant Involvement of all stakeholders (Cisco Systems' involvement with its suppliers and outsourcers from development through implementation for customers)

      A company can progress towards having all five elements in a three step process. First, you become a market leader by emphasizing either product/service innovation (employing instant learning and adaptation), operating excellence (using instant execution and involvement), or customer closeness (relationship building based on instant alignment and involvement). Second, you turn that into locking customers in by adding one more key element from the five part model. Third, you complete the transition into providing all five elements.

      A t-strategy is described for making this transition. You find an opportunity that is unfilled (such as the desire to be alone in the middle of other people that is partly served by the Sony Walkman), develop a key core competency for that conceptual space, and expand into some zero-time operations. You first apply that vision, core comptence, and distinctiveness for one market, then expand it into different, but similar (and usually related) markets. These market extensions form the vertical part of the 't' shape. For example, Dell Computer wants to employ direct selling with a competency of build-to-order to dominate the market for PCs by operational effectiveness. It expands from desk-top PCs to portable ones, then to servers, and now into storage.

      Now that you understand the model a bit, let me share a few quibbles. First, I disagree with the idea of focusing on a subset of customers who can provide the highest profit margin. I think a better concept is to identify the customers where they will give you the greatest combination of competitive insulation, profitability, and improvement in your economics of providing goods and services in order to be able to take on more customers profitably.

      Second, several stakeholders are missing from the discussion here such as shareholders, bondholders, the communities in which you operate, and those who regulate what you do. More thinking needs to be done about how to apply the model there stakeholders.

      Third, the authors argue that providing all three dimensions gives you a guaranteed customer for life. I disagree. You could still be upended by someone with a proprietary technology with the same zero-time elements that gives an edge in bringing more benefits to the customer. Another way of thinking about this is that technology can still be disruptive to this strategy (see The Innovator's Dilemma).

      Fourth, the authors do not address how to make the cost-benefit trade-off decisions. Getting closer to zero time gets more and more expensive. How much is it worth? How fast should you transition to this level of performance? The book will tend to encourage a too-fast transition, in my judgment.

      Fifth, when is a non-zero time response better? If someone asks me my opinion on an important subject, they may not want a response in 1 second. They may prefer that I pull together all of the resources of my organization for the next 3 days instead and provide a better answer. The book doesn't address that class of circumstances.

      Sixth, how do you correct for errors? I frequently stay in hotel chains that pride themselves on writing down my preferences. Then they smile broadly as they anticipate my needs and provide those preferences. The only problem is, that those aren't really my preferences. For example, staying at a luxury hotel with a sore throat, I ordered mid-afternoon tea with lemon. I don't usually drink it that way, but that's the way it always comes when I am at that hotel. In another luxury hotel, someone asked me casually if I liked the room I was staying in. I was feeling friendly and happy, and said, 'Oh, yes!' Well, for the next six years, I had the same room -- even though I actually preferred a different room. I respect what these hotels are trying to do so much that I don't have the heart to tell them they are unintentionally giving me the wrong service.

      Basically, like all models, it is a lot easier to understand than to do it well.

      After you have completed this fine book, put yourself in your stakeholders' shoes. What would you really want from your company? How would you like to go about making that happen? How would you like to adjust your needs and the responses you receive? Then use those insights to talk directly with your stakeholders about how well you are doing. If you are like most of the companies I study, you aren't ever delivering the right value. You'll need to get that straightened out before you start working on getting great value provided in zero time.

      Be effective!

      5 out of 5 stars Insightful and provocative !.......2000-08-03

      The authors really take today's norm of 'operating companies' and challenges them to entirely re-think the fundamentals of their current operations for today and tomorrow. Zero Time is well thought out and raises the bar helping direct companies shift their paradigms in both thought and action to truly develop into tomorrow's champions - for the long term. It really is a must read for the new generation of e-business leaders and tomorrow's visionaries.

      Book Description

      The paradigms of dynamic games play an important role in the development of multi-agent models in engineering, economics, and management science. The applicability of their concepts stems from the ability to encompass situations with uncertainty, incomplete information, fluctuating coalition structure, and coupled constraints imposed on the strategies of all the players. This book—an outgrowth of the 10 th International Symposium on Dynamic Games—presents current developments of the theory of dynamic games and its applications to various domains, in particular energy-environment economics and management sciences.

      The volume uses dynamic game models of various sorts to approach and solve several problems pertaining to pursuit-evasion, marketing, finance, climate and environmental economics, resource exploitation, as well as auditing and tax evasions. In addition, it includes some chapters on cooperative games, which are increasingly drawing dynamic approaches to their classical solutions.

      The book is thematically organized into six parts:

      * zero-sum game theory

      * pursuit-evasion games

      * games of coalitions

      * new interpretations of the interdependence between different members of a social group

      * original applications to energy-environment economics

      * management science applications

      This work will serve as a state-of-the art account of recent advances in dynamic game theory and its applications for researchers, practitioners, and graduate students in applied mathematics, engineering, economics, as well as environmental and management sciences.

      5 out of 5 stars Reports Presented at a Symposium.......2006-09-27

      The development in recent years of the theory of dynamic games has resulted in discovering that the theory of dynamic games has applications in several areas outside game playing.

      For instance, in zero-sum stochastic games the players do not observe the progress of the game fully, but only in bits and pieces. This is the same situation normally found in business, the military, environmental studies, and certainly in economics. The managers in any of these has to make decision based on partial knowledge, some of which may be wrong.

      This book looks at game theory in the light of expanding the theory into real life situations where recent advances offer the potential of shedding light into decision making. It is an edited book, with authors from around the world that presented papers at the 10th International Symposium on Dynamic Games held in St. Petersburg, Russia. As such, this is not a book for the beginner in game theory as it presents new advances assuming that the reader has a basis of understanding in game theory.
