Customer Reviews:
The best money I've ever spent........2007-09-26
I appreciate that most people are understandably skeptical of anonymous online reviews. If you're one of those, Google this book and find the video clips of credible and/or celebrity folks giving a ringing endorsement. Here's mine.
I have literally not had a single cigarette since I read this book. In fact, as I started to read it, I told myself that I would finish the pack I had just bought and then try to stop smoking for a week or so. Then, as I neared the end of the book, I threw the pack away. I was literally anxious to become a non-smoker. I know that sounds overly dramatic, but it's the absolute truth (and why I was moved to write a review). The six dollars I spent on this book was very probably the best money I've ever spent.
Frankly, as I type this, I wish I were a better writer. I wish that I could figure out how to convey absolute endorsement of this book without sounding grand or generic or like every other advertisement.
Here is the best endorsement I can muster: This book is one of my most prized possessions. If you want to become a non-smoker, buy it right now.
At last, something that really works!.......2007-09-08
This is a great, must have companion to The Easy Way To Stop Smoking. It's small, hits the high points of the book, and gets to the point of reminding you of why you stopped in the first place. It also reinforces the new way of thinking about smoking, and you can review it in an hour or less. It really helped me to my continued success to be free from smokers hell forever. I've tried it all in the past. I was a chain smoker and had given up on the idea that I could ever quit. This actually worked...and it really was easy! You owe it to yourself to try it. For a very small price, you can gain what is priceless like I did.
If you want to quit smoking.......2007-07-06
This book is great for anyone who wants to quit smoking. It points out all the reasons why we smoke and how silly we are to believe them. We have given this book to many people and most of them have quit.
It worked for me........2007-06-12
I bought this book not really expecting it to work. I've been trying to quit for years. But after reading this book three times I quit and it is for real !! The book is easy to read, one to three sentences per page, total read time 10 or so minutes. It doesn't really say much that I hadn't already heard, but it puts it together in one place and it really worked for me. I have been quit now for three months and I haven't had so much as a puff since the day I quit. I didn't even finish the pack I had, I gave it to my husband (who hasn't quit, but hasn't read the book, either.) I don't even have any cravings. I highly recommend this book, but I do feel like the person needs to be ready to quit, but if the things in this book don't reinforce thye desire to quit, I don't know what will. Yippeeeee, I'm a non-smoker !!!!!!!!
A great reminder.......2007-01-23
I quit drinking Coke last fall. I actually did it after reading the EasyWay book on quitting smoking (even though I don't smoke) - but this little book is the one I pick up every few weeks to remind me how and why to keep quitting. A very rational approach.
Customer Reviews:
This book is a miracle.......2007-10-02
My sister stop smoking with this book after many years of trying and given this book to all my friends and family to stop smoking.
Is worth every penny!
Probably the best thing you can do for you !
I feel like I never smoked........2007-08-22
I smoked 1-2 packs a day for seven years. I started trying to quit six months after I had my first cigarette. I tried the patch, wellbutrin, smoke away, self-hypnosis, cutting down and cold turkey. Nothing worked. I had to read the book three times but the third time when I finished the book and put out my final cigarette, I became a non-smoker that instant. No cravings, no withdrawls, no weight gain. It's been over a year and I feel like I never smoked. It seems like it must have been another person. I have no desire to ever smoke again.
If you want to quit you will........2007-08-19
I purchased Allen Carr's book as a last ditch effort. I thought what do I have to lose I've tried every thing else. By the time I finished the book I was totally ready. I can still remember the feeling of having a tremendous weight being lifted from me as I put out my last cigarette forever. My husband quit after I did, he also read the book. It's been 7 months and not one relapse. We now save our cigarette money every day and go on getaway trips with the money we save.
a 10 out of 5 stars.......2007-06-09
this book is not a dream, it works. I havent smoked in half a year. I still work in a bar, and i am a non smoker, very nice book.
It works...if you're ready!.......2007-05-17
I was a pack a day (plus a few more) smoker for over 18 years, and I had tried to quit a number of times - I used inhalers, nicorette, toothpicks, etc. When I saw this book at the bookstore, I figured, "Hey, let's give it a shot." I threw away half a pack the night I finished this book (January 7, 2007) and haven't had one since. But I have had cravings - it hasn't been as easy as the back cover promises :) But by and large, this book changed / saved my life. I'd also recommend, "Out of the Ashes" - that book is great for STAYING smoke free! Good luck!
Book Description
Everyday, an estimated one thousand Americans die from the effects of smoking. There are 45 to 50 million nicotine addicts in the United States, and most would like to quit. If you are one of them, this book is your guide.
Customer Reviews:
IT WORKS!!!!!!!.......2007-09-03
I listened to the CD 3 nights in a row - too nervous the first time, relaxed the second time and fell asleep the 3rd time. By the 4th morning, I never picked up a cigarette again and I have smoked 2 packs a day for 28 years. Thank you Susan Hepburn - I'm looking for a CD on weight loss - I thought the book said that was in the works. I will purchase the day it hits the markets!
It worked for me but..........2007-08-27
...the label could be misleading.
This book will not magically make you a non-smoker overnight. You have to do your part to stay free of smoking (i.e. The CD is instrumental to ease and jump start first a few days or week but you also need to stay committed to be a smoke free person after that).
Thank you Susan Hepburn!
It's all in your head........2007-07-25
I purchased this book and CD after reading all of the reviews I could find.
I was desperate to try something besides the patch or gum.
I've smoked 1.5 - 2 packs for 32 years and had only quit twice before for short periods of time. I was so confident that it would work after reading some great reviews and I believe that is why it did work for me. I believe I wanted it bad enough so my mind was very open to the suggestions. It's not weakness of the mind that makes hypnosis work it's strength.
I too fell asleep..I think. I'm not going to say I never craved one again, I still do sometimes and it's been 4 months, however it was easier than any other time I've quit.
So if you want it to work it will, if you're ready and your mind is open to it.
Good luck.
it really works.......2007-01-22
My 20 yo son and 24 yo friend BOTH quit using this book and CD. They both said it was very easy. Worth way more than the price.
returned the item.......2007-01-15
i did not see the cd was not included and returned the item for refund

Customer Reviews:
ick.......2007-02-21
This is nothing like I expected...
the entire first chapter (which is entitled: "Adult Entertainment") is full of nothing but sex jokes. This goes on for 30 pages befor you get into the Human waste, celebreties and "the creative uses of the word 'fag' by novelist Terry McMillan".
The third chapter is filled with Drunks and druggies, while the Fourth is about Bill O'Reilly.
The fifth gets slightly more interesting with slurs in Kid's puzzles, prison photos and half naked women.
The sixth deals with wierd things in papers children bring home from school or have on tests.
The seventh was the only non-trash chapter in the book. This dealt with the govenment/Politicians and funny/horrible things they did... like "Tips for Al-Qaeda Detainees".
The eighth is when you finally hear about the "Dog who dialed 911" but it is almost lost among the other trash about animals.
The ninth chapter entitled"Law and Order" deals with wierd laws and punishments. and while some is clean most has at least a hint of dirt about it.
The Tenth chapter is entitled "Freak Show" and is almost entirely about sex... with both yourself and animals.
The eleventh and last chapter (Thank God!) is about all the horiid things people say... three quarters of which deal with sex.
The most interesting thing in the book (besides the 7th chapter) are the prison photos of Martin Luther King and Rosa Parks, which take up 2 pages in this 216 pages of trash.
I wouldn't mind so much if this was what they advertised it was, but this was nothing like the description...and I bought this as a Christmas present...imagine my shock when I flipped though and found these things...I had to get a different present!
Mostly Boring.......2007-02-19
"The Dog Dailed 911" is drawn from public records, largely thanks to the "Freedom of Information" act. Included are such "gems" as Senator Kerry's Navy fitness report (the authors note that his KIA record exceeds that of Bush, Cheney, Limbaugh, Scalia, DeLay, etc. - combined!), and "oral history" of Bush's Vietnam-era service (a copy of his dental record), Kobe Bryant's testimony to a detective regarding his Colorado rape charge, the DUI arrest report for NASCAR driver Busch, etc.
As for the dog who dialed 911, we learn that a dog accidentally stepped on a man's cell phone and speed-dialed 911 - operators, hearing a crying baby but unable to talk to anyone, dispatched officers to the owner's address where they found 150 marijuana plants.
Definitely less than I had hoped for.
Between lame and bad.......2007-02-15
I was very disappointed in this book. Much of the material was rather lame although I liked the "stupid criminal" material.
Particularly offensive to me was the celebrity information, which was largely stuff that would not intrest anyone in the least if it involved an 'ordinary' citizen. It struck me as rather intrusive and rude to make money putting into print things that are technically public domain but is really stuff that isn't anyone's business or of intrest except to the celebrity-obessed. This is a philosophical point that not everyone shares. But even if you like celebrity dirty laundry, most of this was the equivalent of once-worn plain white tshirts, not tawdry lace undies or blood-splattered clothing.
The Smoking Gun strikes back.......2007-01-18
A brand new collection of disjointed speech, absurdities, hilarious clues, wise sayings, diabolic findings: the ultimate handbook for the successful comedian? No, it's all true.
The most powerful imagination can't compare with what crude facts have in store. Pure entertainment directly from everyday life. Police reports that seem to come from the pen of an inspired Mark Twain; court transcripts pervaded with peerless drama. With "The dog dialed 911", human nature tops the heap of comedy. Once again, reality meets fantasy. And wins.
Not near as funny as I thought it would be........2007-01-17
I bought this book as a gift for X-mas, before wrapping it I read through it and i was amazed at how different it was from the description that I had heard. This book was not funny, there were a couple of pages that were semi funny but the entire book wasn't worth the $12 or so, and i feel bad about giving it as a gift.

Cheryl and Bill Jamison, authors of Smoke & Spice and American Home Cooking among others, have chosen to go industrial size with their latest: The Big Book of Outdoor Cooking and Entertaining: 850 recipes--200 of them for rubs and sauces. Over 500 pages thick. If ever there was a grilling, barbecuing, smoking, deep-frying kind of cookbook for a Supersized America, this is it, Big Gulp and all.
This is a book that starts at ground zero for cooks who want to grill great meals and put on terrific outdoor parties but don't have a clue how to start charcoal. "Of all the methods of outdoor home cooking, grilling is the most misunderstood. Many people aren't even aware that it's a specific method of cooking, assuming its just a generic term to cover anything done on a grill." The Jamisons take a stand for cooking over direct heat, eschewing the indirect and the covered grill. It's the center of gravity of their book, the element that makes them different than any of the other many books on cooking over open flame.
The rest of the story is found in the recipes, the tips, the sidebars, and asides. A word like bountiful hardly comes close to the impact of this tome. You got your rubs and marinades and the like, and your drinks, your starters, tapas, pizzas (yes, pizzas on the grill), burgers galore, fish and shellfish, poultry, pork, beef, all the other four-leggeds, veggies, grilled salads, side dishes (what's barbecue without sides?), and desserts.
If ever you have wanted to take the plunge into grilling and barbecue, The Big Book of Outdoor Cooking and Entertaining is an all-inclusive, user-friendly place to start. --Schuyler Ingle
Book Description
America's outdoor cooking experts Cheryl and Bill Jamison have something big to say. So it takes a book this big to hold it all. They have put their knowledge about outdoor cooking and entertaining into one gigantic, colossal, humongous, comprehensive guide. Bursting with more than 850 recipes and hundreds of tips and how-tos for grilling, barbecuing, smoking, rotisserie roasting, planking, big-pot frying, and boiling, The Big Book of Outdoor Cooking and Entertaining is the only backyard cookbook you'll ever need.
Cheryl and Bill traveled the globe sampling regional outdoor favorites, from barbecued Kansas City ribs to Texas brisket. They feasted on succulent rotisserie chickens from France, and banana-leaf-wrapped dishes from Mexico's Yucatán. They learned from the experts who fry up Chesapeake crab cakes, boil up a mess of Cajun crawfish, or perch poultry on a beer can for a long soak in wood smoke. Then they came home and cooked and cooked until they had it right, so you can get it right.
Whether it's hot little tapas, a serious steak, a juicy burger, flavorful fish, a pan full of paella, pizza or pasta topped with grilled vegetables, or chicken done to a turn, Cheryl and Bill will coach you to perfect results. And to round out those party meals, they offer an enormous selection of starters, sides, drinks, and desserts that will win raves from family, friends, and guests.
The Big Book of Outdoor Cooking and Entertaining is chock-full of the Jamisons' signature easy-to-follow recipes for dishes like Jalapeño Cheeseburgers, Guava-Sauced Baby Back Ribs, Tamarind-Tangerine Chicken Breasts, and Guinness-Soaked Pork Chops. In addition, they've included a load of advice on equipment and tools, tips for the very best results, vignettes on outdoor cooking celebrations, and plenty of menu ideas.
With The Big Book of Outdoor Cooking and Entertaining, you'll be the life of your own party. It's not just the last word on outdoor cooking. It's the biggest.
Customer Reviews:
Exploring Outdoor Cooking at Its Flavorful Best!.......2007-05-10
This book was written to clear up some misunderstandings about grilling, and it exceeds in a winsome and delightful fashion!
Many wrongly think anything on a grill = grilling. This is dispelled and corrected with this book, so get it to learn on!
It is about flavor at the right temp to match with the ingredient being cooked, and here is the full range of methods and equipment: planking and big-pot frying and boiling and charcoal and gas and fire-pit and rotisserie and smoking and deep frying, et al.
It is a big collection well done! Idea is to dine and cook together outside and enjoy, so exploring new recipes, new methods, new equipment, will inspire and delight the cook and the fed, plus there are recipes for sides and desserts which require inside type preparation. It's almost 600 pages of advice and inspiration to take the journey.
From the plethora of offerings here thus far, I've sampled only a few but they were outstanding: Salmon Fillets with Chile Honey Butter; Grilled Lamb Chops with Dill Yogurt Sauce; Grilled Eggplant Sandwiches;
The pleasure from trying these mouth watering delights is the vast untried collection that now awaits.
This is truly nice addition to the seasonsed griller as purchase or gift, as well as for the novice or in-betweener. Only downer which would have spiced up this offering is some color photos.
A must-have for the outdoor chef.......2007-01-03
To say this book is complete is an understatement. I bought this book after using their "Smoke & Spice" book for several years. "S & S" is strictly about low and slow cooking of beef and pork, while this one is much more broad, with excellent recipes and ideas for entertaining. If you're mainly concerned with making great BBQ pork and beef, I'd start with the "Smoke & Spice" book. The rubs and sauces recipes are super. But my guess is you'll soon graduate to this book if you like outdoor cooking and like to entertain.
Authoritative, thorough and friendly.......2006-07-07
With 850 recipes, including 200 sauces and rubs, big and thorough are the operative words for this James Beard Award-winning team's latest (after "Good times, Good Grilling").
They begin with solid definitions of the various outdoor techniques. Grilling, for instance, is always done over direct heat, with the cover up. Does that mean you can't make beer can chicken? Sure you can, but don't call it grilled. Actually in the Jamisons' version it's smoked and takes leisurely hours.
Then there's rotisserie roasting, planking, and big-pot frying (corn dogs, catfish, fried Oreos) or boiling or steaming (blue crabs, lobster). But the majority of receipes employ their favorite cooking method - grilling. There's even a skewered grilled cheese sandwich appetizer and grilled fruit parfaits in addition to authoritative instructions on grilling burgers, steaks with mouthwatering sauces, suckling pig, ribs, game, and poultry of all kinds and cuts.
In addition to Smoked Beef Tenderloin, Ground Lamb Kebabs with Black Olive and Lemon Relish, and Planked Salmon, the Jamisons also include chapters on drinks, vegetables (Middle Eastern Peppers with Pomegranate Sauce, French Fries, Lacquered Tofu and Vegetable Skewers), breads, salads and desserts.
Geared to entertaining, most recipes serve six or more. The tone is opinionated, knowledgeable and friendly and we amateurs are encouraged to be creative and reflect our own flair and taste as long as we can refrain from doing anything scandalous, like flattening burgers with the spatula.
There are menus scattered throughout as well as boxed party tips, variations, and sidebars. Recipes cover an international gamut and all occasions from holiday parties to backyard picnics. A primer on grills and smokers explains what to look for and even includes brand names.
Dare I say it? This could be the only American outdoor cookbook you'll ever need.
--Portsmouth Herald
terrific book.......2006-05-15
Have not by any means read, or tried, the whole book. But the section on equipment is very helpful. The entire book looks really very good, as are all of their books. This is one of the 2 weeks of the year in which it is nice, as opposed to cooking ON the sidewalk sort of heat where I live. So outdoors is great.
I was just a tad disappointed in the pizza and bread section. The reason was strictly me, I am sure. But I have been really into hand making bread in particular for about 30 years. I usually bake them on a pizza stone in the oven. I recently saw a wood fired pizza baking BBQ sort of thing at the barbeque store- and I have tried to convince my husband to build me one, for my now once-a-month loaf, for 15 years. No luck. So when they mentioned this device in equipment, I was hoping they would check it out and try some. Perhaps for the next book?
Satisfy your hunger for the best.......2006-05-12
The Jamisons have done it again. If anyone knows grilling and bbq-ing and entertaining it's this amazing couple. This book is a great collection of classic recipes, many with an unsual twist. Not to mention the drinks, the rubs, marinades. Ilove to entertain out int he backyard, and I think it's the best book on outdoor entertaining perhaps ever. It's a party from the very first page. I can't recommend it enough.

The whole book.......2007-07-13
This is a small book. It will make a nice gift for someone with a casual interest in barbecue. It covers the basics with a few recipes to impress ones guests. However it will surely be a disappointment to a serious chef.
black book.......2007-01-15
I actually bought this as a gift for my husband who is a marvelous cook. We both sat down and looked it over and decided that it is a wonderful little tool that gives many different types of recipes that he'll be trying. We especially like the sprial bound and elastic strap, as those are 2 things that attracted me to buying the book. Most of the recipes are simple and easy, which is what we like when we BBQ.

This summer, I threw a party for a friend who is a successful country-western musician. I needed new barbecue-with-a-twist ideas, and this little book made a big difference. Enjoyed all the fun ideas!

Awesome book!.......2002-08-27
I really love this book. I've been trying to live a drug free life, but the stress and pressures I feel sometimes make me think that it would be easier if I just started drinking beer and smoking weed like everyone else does. But after reading this book and incorporating some of the exercises into my life, I've found it easier to stay away from drugs. This guy has a great sense of humor and really seems to understand kids. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a way to releive stress without using drugs. Thanks, Alex. You rock!
The Ultimate Health Book For Intelligent Young People.......2000-08-29
It's all here - what every teen and young adult needs to know about how to feel really well and really good about themselves. On the premise that human beings like to get high, and that getting high is good, Dr. Packer's newest book tells us how to do it - without relying on alcohol, drugs or other substances. Written and illustrated in an engagingly contemporary way, "Highs" provides the reader with fresh, usable insights on such matters as serenity, nutrition, exercise, and relationships. Organized in three sections and 11 well- outlined chapters, it is possible - perhaps even recommended - that the reader turn to an area of particular interest first. Literate, witty, insightful, and irreverent where it should be, "Highs" is highly recommended to young people and parents alike.
Very Highly Recommended........2000-06-06
In Highs!, Alex Packer presents more than one hundred and fifty ways for teenagers and young adults to feel good, really good, without resorting to alcohol or other drugs. Packer's detailed suggestions are divided into "Serenity Highs" (meditation, T'ai Chi Chuan, Yoga); "Physical and Sensuous Highs" (sports, relaxation exercises, food, massage); "Social, Spiritual, and Creative Highs" (nature, fasting, roleplaying games, music, dance, art). An especially recommended compendium of ideas and suggestions for today's youth seeking to avoid the pitfalls of alcohol consumptions and substance abuse in their personal and peer group recreational activities, Highs! is enhanced for teen and young adult readers with a bibliography, as well as suggestions for additional readings and resources.
An Excellent Read!.......2000-04-28
I highly recomend this book to readers of all ages. Not only is it one of the funniest books i have ever read, it also contains many good methods to sleep better, relax, and most importantly, have fun. The book is true to its title, there are many safe and healthy ways to get a rush of adrenaline, or, just the opposite. There are several full chapters and several partial chapers dedicated to learning how to reduce stress, which is definitly something that most of us need. Another feature of this book is that it tricks kids into learning new things and encouraging a good life style without the feeling of a textbook. I would highly recomend this book to anyone looking for a good, educational, fun, and most of all, entertaining read.
Where Was This Book When I Was A Teen?.......2000-04-07
Alex Packer has written a funny, educational, and comprehensive book on alternatives to getting high with alcohol or other drugs. The book includes examples of alternative highs from teenagers along with humorous illustrations and up-to-date links to websites. I hadn't realized how many non-chemical alternatives there were to getting high. I can't wait to pass this book on to my teenage nephew. I only wish such a book had been available when I was his age!

We have witnessed a reemergence of cigar culture--everyone is doing it, in popular movies, TV, and in the many cigar-friendly clubs which have sprung up. The International Connoisseur's Guide to Cigars is an authoritative guide to fine cigars from around the world. If you don't know a Cuban from a Swisher Sweet, this book will end that confusion! Over 100 full color photographs, fascinating cigar facts, and amusing anecdotes make this a "smoking" book! --Naomi Gesinger
Book Description
Here is the most convenient, expert and well-priced guide you'll find to tell you what cigars are available, how and where you can get them, and what the qualities are of each brand and variety. Like fine wines, exquisite cheeses, or the best caviars, a good cigar is something to be savored and appreciated with unabashed self-indulgence. Learn everything you have to know about the size, texture, age, and taste of cigars produced in America, the Caribbean, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. 200 cigar brands are itemized, described, analyzed, and assayed; 80 of them are photographed. The history of cigars is included, and a special section of profiles of famous cigar smokers--from Winston Churchill to Fidel Castro, from Groucho Marx to Lauren Hutton, from Jack Kennedy to Arnold Schwartzenegger--reveals their likes and dislikes.

Great Book.......2007-09-11
An excellent guide to choosing fine cigars. I would advise anyone interested in choosing the best cigars to buy this book.
It's Fidel-icious! It's Fidel-ectable!.......2002-12-03
A detailed and richly illustrated tome discussing the finer points of cigar selection and enjoyment. As the title suggests, this is a guide for the connoisseur, not the novice. The perfect gift for anyone urbane enough to let a trash fire burn three inches from the tip of his nose.
A great little book........2001-12-07
This book is packed full of useful information.
Written in an easy-to-read formatt, Jane Resnick creates a lively atmosphere that honors the role of cigars throughout the world.
Buy "The International Connoisseur's Guide to Cigars" and enjoy the smeet smell of information.
A Good Work, but is getting dated.......2000-06-27
This is a good reference work for cigar lovers, but it is becoming dated. An update would be appreciated.
Connoisseur's Guide?.......2000-04-18
This is an interesting book with lots of pictures of cigars and how they are made. In fact the information on the process of manufacturing cigars is excellent.
There is one glitch in this publication though. The section on the cigar brands is really not very good. It is a fact that Cuban cigars are notoriously difficult to research but when the brands are listed, with what cigars are made by that brand, this book loses its title of the Connoisseur's Guide. For example, in the listing for Hoyo de Monterrey (Cuban) the list is uncomprehensive and does not list the Epicure No 2 which is one of the brand's signature pieces.
This is an interesting book but it is not a reference (not that it professes to be). The section on Cubans is wholely inadequate but on the other hand, if you live in the US, who cares?
Customer Reviews:
Excellent! A smorgasbord of effective techniques.......1996-12-01
This book is both inspiring and informative. Many effective techniques are discussed which can add much to any therapist's list of favorites. You'll refer to it often
Book Description
"Nick Naylor doesn't hide the truth...he filters it"The official screenplay book tie-in to the hit movie from Fox Searchlight, based on the acclaimed novel.
A fiercely satirical look at today's "culture of spin," this hilarious movie portrays the chief spokesman for Big Tobacco, Nick Naylor, as the hero. Nick makes his living defending the rights of smokers and cigarette makers. Confronted by health zealots out to ban tobacco and an opportunistic senator who wants to put poison labels on cigarette packs, Nick goes on a PR offensive, spinning away the dangers of cigarettes on TV talk shows and enlisting a Hollywood super-agent to promote smoking in movies.
Nick's newfound notoriety attracts the attention of both tobacco's head honcho and an investigative reporter for an influential Washington daily. Nick says he is just doing what it takes to pay the mortgage, but the increased scrutiny of his son and a very real death threat may force him to think differently.
Thank You for Smoking features an all star cast including Aaron Eckhart, Maria Bello, Cameron Bright, Adam Brody, Sam Elliott, Katie Holmes, David Koechner, Rob Lowe, William H. Macy, J.K. Simmons, and Robert Duvall. The Newmarket Shooting Script® book includes the screenplay and introduction by Jason Reitman, a foreword by Christopher Buckley, production notes, a section of 23 color photos, and the complete cast and crew credits.
